As we wind up our summer here in Toddlers, we will be enjoying the final days of our more relaxed schedule. Water Play will continue through the first week of September; following Labor Day we will be going back to our school schedule. Short walks will continue periodically throughout the fall to experience the changes in our environment and for collections of objects for our classroom work.

We had a great day at Flat Branch Sprinkler Park and riding the city bus! We had many parents join us there for play and our picnic. It was a beautiful day and the friends wore themselves out! We would like to thank the Toddler and Pre-Primary families who helped us on our field trip; we really appreciated your help!

We have two new faces in the Toddler room. Scarlett has joined us from Infants. She is doing wonderful in the Toddler room and the Toddler friends are showing her around the room and how to use our work. She has fit right in! We would also like to welcome Sydni to the Toddler room. She will be working Sara’s shift, 1-close. She closed in Infants until she took her maternity leave, and now she is joining us in Toddlers. So please welcome Sydni to our room
