A NOTE ON TUITION & STAFFING
Creating a positive and healthy environment for children requires investing in our teachers, who are our greatest asset. Early childhood education has long been one of the lowest-paying fields, despite substantial research showing how critical these first six years of development are. At CMS, we are committed to paying our teachers a living wage for the difficult and important work they do. We provide access to health insurance, along with training and financial support for Montessori certification. And we strive to staff our classrooms above state-required ratios, to better support both our teachers and students. Through these measures, we hope to continue attracting and retaining the very best teachers to care for and nurture your children.
Your tuition dollars help ensure we have quality staff members in place who are properly compensated for their work, and that we can provide them with ongoing training.
